What You’ll Be Doing
As a Journeyperson Electrician, you will be responsible for:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems according to drawings, schematics, and codes
Installing, bending, and assembling EMT conduit to a high standard
Reading and interpreting RCPs, elevations, and power plans from our in-house designs
Testing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting electrical systems
Supervising and coordinating work on site, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Walking through upcoming work and completing material takeoffs to plan the week ahead
Documenting issues and preparing clear status updates and reports
Coordinating and facilitating the ordering of electrical materials

We want electricians who are reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of their work. You’ll be part of a team that values quality, communication, and taking ownership on site.

Required Qualifications

Fully qualified Journeyperson Electrician
Minimum 1 year of experience on both custom residential and commercial projects (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proven experience installing and bending EMT conduit
Ability to read, interpret, and execute work from construction drawings and plans
Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and others
Willingness to take ownership of your work and provide feedback on designs and estimates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship
Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own tools and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

Interprovincial Red Seal certification
Occupational First Aid certification
Aerial lift training

Compensation: $38.00 - $47.00 per hour
